As two sisters and mums to four beautiful girls living in the local area, we realised the need for an after school club with a difference; one where children can enjoy outdoor play, building dens, discovering nature and the world around them. In order to make this a reality we have retrained and are fully qualified childminders.
Little Barn Farm is located in 3 acres of enclosed field and wooded areas. This allows children, under supervision, to create their own adventures, explore and enjoy the outside areas. Not only is it great for building self-esteem, but we can see as parents the sense of fun it brings to our own children enjoying outdoor play.
We feel everyone should have the opportunity to experience the same sense of adventure we had growing up. Which is why we wanted to create a fun and exciting after shool club that encompasses our love of growing up freely to explore but in a safe environment.
Plus, as well as all that we will provide a freshly cooked hot homemade meal using some of our own produce which the children will help grow and collect.”
